Sumikaze — Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Sumikaze is a trading name of Mohammed Junaid Hussain, a sole trader in the United Kingdom (Hales Crescent, Smethwick, B67 6QT). By ordering from this store you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation; the contract is formed then. If we can't fulfil an order — an item's out of stock, or there's a pricing error — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. The price is the one shown at the time you order. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
4. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellation, returns & guarantee
Your right to cancel, our returns process, and the 30-day comfort guarantee are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Product information & intended use
Our products are mobility aids for dogs, not medical devices. They're intended to assist a dog with a gradual decline in mobility, under your supervision. They are not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, and should not be used on a dog with a sudden change in mobility, signs of pain, or an injury without first seeing a vet. Product photos and colours are as accurate as we can make them; natural variation in printed fabric means every item differs slightly.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for loss or injury caused by using a product other than as intended or against veterinary advice.
8. Intellectual property
The Sumikaze name, logo, text and images on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
