Where we ship

United Kingdom only, for now.

Cost

Free standard delivery on every order. Express delivery is £6.99 at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery time

Standard: 5–10 working days from dispatch. Express: 2–4 working days from dispatch. Every order is tracked; you'll get the tracking link by email when it leaves us.

Busy periods

Around sales and holidays, allow a few extra days.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable, we'll re-send it once you've paid the re-delivery postage.

If your order hasn't arrived

If it's been more than 10 working days since dispatch, email sumikazepets@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it. If it isn't delivered within 20 working days of dispatch, we'll refund or re-send.

What we're not responsible for

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address details entered at checkout.
