How do I measure my dog?
Stand your dog up and run a soft tape around the widest part of the belly, just in front of the back legs. That belly girth is what sizing is based on. See the size guide.
My dog is between sizes.
Go up. The straps take in a long way, and slightly loose is kinder to old joints than slightly tight.
Will it fit a dachshund, Labrador or greyhound?
Go by girth, not breed. Small covers most spaniels and terriers. Medium covers collies, staffies, cockers and smaller Labs. Dogs much over 40 kg are better with a full-body harness for now.
Is it for the back legs or the whole body?
Rear end only. It supports the hips and back legs. Front-leg or full-body weakness needs a different harness.
Using the sling
Can I carry my dog in it?
It is built to share the weight, not take all of it: a helping hand up the stairs, not a stretcher. Short lifts into a car are fine. Carrying a big dog any distance is not what it is for.
How much weight can it take?
Up to roughly 40 kg of dog, for assisted movement.
Can I leave it on all day?
A few hours at a time is fine so you are not re-fitting it constantly. Off overnight, and check the skin underneath.
My dog hates wearing things.
Start with 30 seconds and a handful of treats, no lifting. Most dogs come round within a day or two once they feel it makes moving easier.
Post-surgery, can I use it?
Vets often recommend a sling for post-op support, but check with yours and follow their timeline.
How do I wash it?
Cold gentle cycle or hand wash, air dry, no tumble dryer.

Yes, by email as soon as it is dispatched.

What is the 30-day money-back guarantee?
Try the sling with your dog. If it does not help, email us within 30 days of delivery and send it back for a refund of the item price, even if it has been used. This is on top of your standard 14-day right to change your mind.
How do I return something?
Email us first so we can log it and send the address. Post it back within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging where possible.
It arrived faulty or wrong.
That is on us. Email a photo and we will refund in full or send a replacement, with nothing to pay to return it.
Can I exchange sizes?
Yes, within 30 days. You cover postage back; we cover sending the right size.
